From The Worldometers.Info Website, Here Is The Latest Virus Tracker

Total reported cases are 90K as of this morning. Out of which more than half of those infected have recovered completely. About three thousand died or about 3.4% of the total. Keep in mind most of the deaths have been in the early days of this epidemic in China when they were not prepared fully.

And 42K cases are active and undergoing treatment in different facilities around the world or just being quarantined for self-recovery. The immune system can fight it off over time.

So the press reports are somewhat fear-inducing but the speed of the contagion is somewhat unnerving. Hope this flattens out in the next few days.

Some simple rules have been advocated by the CDC-

Wash your hands – Drink water frequently – get more sleep!
